The Tahoe Truckee Unified School District provides each school with nursing services. The team of school nurses oversee annual health screenings determined by grade level. The school nurses assist in screening students and developing health plans for students with special health needs. The nurses advocate for healthy lifestyles and provide support to families as needed.
